First Course:

Step right up and marvel at the wonders of Freakshow Chardonnay! This Goddess of the Sea has been scouring the ocean depths and tempting pirates and sailors alike for centuries, and now she has joined our show. The 4th act in our menagerie of Freaks is none other than the daughter of Poseidon, or ‘Madison’ as we have come to know her. The grapes are sourced from the Phillips family’s vineyard here in Lodi and are certified sustainable, making this Chardonnay the perfect addition to your table and our Freakshow family.

Served with Crackerjack Soup: Creamy sweet potato and peanut soup with notes of caramel topped with crackerjack popcorn

Second Course:

Known for taking the road less traveled, Michael David Winery has always stood apart from the crowd. Whether it be their outlandish brands and packaging or their quirky personalities, Michael and David are definitely on a stage of their own and this wine showcases just that. The fruit for this wine comes from the original “super freak” himself, Michael Phillips’ Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard located only a medicine balls toss away from the winery.

Served with Candy Apple Salad: Apple medley with salted caramel, peanuts, brie cheese, and crispy pancetta.

Third Course:

Known for taking the road less traveled, they decided an exceptional offering that displays the undeniable brut of Lodi Syrah was just the ticket. Freakshow Red is a

mash-up of man meets wild...Syrah’s untamed and mysterious allure is refined and polished with the addition of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot. Prepare your eyes and taste buds for a FREAK like no other!

Served with Double Stuffed Arancini Balls: Fontina and parmesan cheese risotto filled with goat cheese stuffed peppadew peppers with a crispy coating.

Fourth Course:

A new act has joined our band of Freaks – The Dazzling Fire Mistress that is Freakshow Zin, which pays homage to the winery’s roots in Lodi, a region known for exceptional Zinfandel. Typically known as a bold varietal, the Fire Mistress shows the softer, sexier side of Lodi Zin, focusing on the distinctive bright fruit and spice characteristics for which our heritage varietal is known.

Served with Main Tent Corn Dog: Prosciutto wrapped beef kielbasa sausage with jalapeno and sharp cheddar breading. Served with mushroom and onion ketchup and bourbon honey mustard.

Fifth Course:

Like elephants whose size is imposing, Petite Petit is large! A blend of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot. Offering a joyous explosion of color and fun, it is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

Served with Raspberry Funnel Cake Sundae: Classic funnel cake with raspberry sauce, French vanilla ice cream and cotton candy.
